*4. Notarized most recent diploma, graduation certificate, or proof of current student status

Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*5. Notarized high school or college transcripts

High school academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*6. Two copies of Reference Form for International Students

From professor or associate professor or equivalents

*7. ID of guardian

8. Legal documents of applicant’s legal guardians in China

For applicants under 18 years of age.

*9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Valid within half a year at the time of application)

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
